Josh discovered his comedy talents writing and drawing cartoons in high school and college. They were usually passed around underground but a few were published in the school paper. Those cartoons led to a college career of writing for and later being the editor of the underground satirical college newspaper.
Josh has been performing comedy in Los Angeles since 2005. He got his start performing at the Room 5 Lounge. He started training at ACME in improv and sketch and was accepted into the house companies. Eventually he returned to Room 5 where he produced shows with No Name Comics for two years.
He now writes and performs in the ACME comedy TV shows. On off-weeks from ACME he performs stand up all around town including the IceHouse, Comedy Store, The Improv, Flappers Burbank, Westside Comedy Theater, Ventura Harbor Comedy Club and many more. He has also performed for the LAPD, the Westside International Christian Center, and Park La Brea Apartments. He has appeared on HDNet, Scotty & Friends, ACME Saturday Night and he is the host of Almost Late Night
